1. How long is the warranty? How does the warranty process go?

The products sold by our company are guaranteed for one year.

  • If the product has quality problems, it can be replaced with a new one without affecting the second sale. Other companies will repair it and return it to the customer within one week.
  • If the customer receives the product If there is a quality problem due to non-human damage, return it to the dealer, and the dealer will return to the factory for direct replacement.
  • If it is artificially damaged, the corresponding cost maintenance fee will be charged.

2. Why are your products more expensive than others?

3. How to deal with the return problem? How is the shipping cost? Is the shelf life counted from the date of shipment from the factory or from the time the customer picks up the product?

4. Why are samples charged according to the sample fee? Others send us samples for free?

In order to protect the customer’s own interests and also protect the company’s channels, the first sample distribution of all products is charged according to the sample fee, and the customer will return the difference in the sample fee when placing an order. The old customers who have cooperated can get samples at the bulk price.
